I just wanted to take a few minutes this morning to send along a quick note to tell you how helpful Coletta Fanuele was in helping me complete a smooth and successful move. My house on Summer Street in North Andover closed earlier this month, and as I reflect on the big project, I am very grateful for the guidance and positive outlook Coletta gave me. As a divorced single mom tasked with clearing out and preparing the family home for sale, Coletta provided me with step by step tips and checklists well ahead of my move. She and I kept in contact, and she checked in on me. Coletta also passed along helpful resources for clearing out my basement, repairing my drier, and even a landscaper for doing a quick spring clean up and mulching. I always knew she was there to help me keep the project moving. I know that many of your associates do the same, but I do have to particularly commend Coletta for her reassuring manner and focused attention to detail.

Coletta's superhuman efficiency and creativity, her unfailing courtesy and kindness, her charm and personality made the tensions and aggravations of buying a house far less tense and much less aggravating.
